Beo sa Teanga — meaning “Alive by Language” — is a community-driven initiative dedicated to promoting and preserving the Irish language among Irish musicians and dancers.

Our goal is to create welcoming spaces where Irish speaking and learning Irish artists can connect with the language naturally through the traditions they love.

Through partnerships with sessions, musicians, dancers, cultural organizations, and communities across the country, Beo sa Teanga works to make Irish a living part of modern Irish cultural life in Ireland and the diaspora. We support opportunities for people of all levels of Irish to participate, learn from one another, and build confidence using the language.
